Today I want to write about the most
important band to me, Radiohead.
Radiohead was formed in United
Kingdom in 1985; the members are the singer Thom Yorke, the soloist guitarist
Jonny Greenwood, the bassist, and brother of Jonny, Colin, the second guitarist
Ed O’Brien and the drummer Phil Selway. The genres they play are alternative
rock.
I like Radiohead for their
lyrics, so abstract but with powerful message inside about a lot of existential
themes like love, dead, meaning, or rather, meaningless of life, but I think
the really mastery on Radiohead reside in their sound, the melodies and timbre
are so beautiful and so deep.
Also I have an emotional reason
why I love Radiohead, a year ago I suffer a depressing period, their album ‘’In
Rainbows’’ companion me in this moment and in my recover, their album became the
soundtrack of one of the most important time in my life.
